Introducing: Amplify Academy HR Growth Sprints

4/10 Pricing Update: The HR Growth Sprint pricing has been updated to $500 USD.

The field of HR has been through a series of seismic shifts over the last several years - the pandemic, social justice advances (and setbacks), geopolitical conflict, political upheaval, remote and hybrid work, mental health, and so much more.

Despite the challenges we’ve faced, there has also never been more opportunity for HR professionals. The seat at the table discussion is over. We’re there.

As we continue building this new world of work, we have tremendous opportunities to drive our businesses - and our field - into the future.

Our success requires two things: learning agility and network equity.

HR has never been called on to navigate more change in such a short period of time. Our ability to prioritize our own learning, distill and synthesize information, and connect with diverse learning resources is essential to ensure we continue adding value in our roles and developing our careers.

In today’s complex world, it’s not just about the knowledge you possess - it’s the knowledge you have access to. The ability to build robust diversified peer networks is an impact magnifier. Network equity means you’re not just bringing the experience and knowledge in your head to your role - you’re bringing the collective intellect of your network.

The challenge: how do you make time to develop your learning agility and network equity while balancing the demands of your role?

Introducing the Amplify Academy HR Growth Sprints

HR Growth Sprints are two-week interactive workshops designed to help HR and people practitioners advance their understanding of modern people practices and build their peer networks. The Growth Sprints include a mix of live and asynchronous learning, guest instructors, and presentations from progressive people leaders. Here's a closer look at what the program entails.

Week 1: HR Fundamentals for the New World of Work

The first week focuses on the foundational principles of modern HR. Participants will learn how progressive people teams think about employee experience, DEIB, people analytics, and agile programs and practices.

Participants will also learn how to develop strategic mindfulness practices to support their sustainability with Kristen Lisanti. They’ll also begin building relationships with others in the group and build their network equity.

Week 2: Strategic HR for Today and Tomorrow

In the second week, participants will dive deeper into strategic HR initiatives and execution. They'll learn how to build their business acumen, align HR strategies with business goals, develop effective employee retention programs, and create a magnetic employee experience.
